Hello

I tried to cancel my Lightroom subscriptionbut I always get an error message. Anyone else had this problem recently?

Hi, Sorry you're having trouble.

Using the Adobe ID you signed in with on this forum I see you have an annual subscription for Lightroom with 1TB that renews on March 28th. Try the steps on this page:
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

If that doesn't work contact Adobe Customer Care.
They should be able to sort it out.
