problems with removal

I use Lightroom on PC and when I select an object and want to delete it, it loads but nothing happens?

Check the Opacity setting of the brush. If it is (close to) zero, then indeed nothing happens.

i tried but i select a whole big object and it loads but it doesnt do anything to the object i selected

Sounds like perhaps you make a common mistake when you say 'select'. Do you perhaps make a circle around the object thinking that is the way to select it? It is not. You need to paint over the object.
