I constantly have this window. When I click "Start Free Trial" the window disappears, for 2-3 seconds, and this window appears again.

How to eliminate? I just downloaded it!

You may need to contact Adobe directly but I believe there is limited support for trial versions.

Olivyes63743493, please utilize the steps listed in User and license information issues | CC 2019 to resolve any errors that may be preventing the required certificates from being accepted in the Windows Certificate Manager.
