Prompted that Lightroom subscription has expired, but it hasn't

Lightroom 5.0 is prompting me that my subscription has ended and has disabled all functions, except for downloading my original files. I still have access to all the other Adobe programs in my subscription and I have made sure that payment was submitted. I logged out, logged back in, and nothing. I have also rebooted my macbook and the same prompts are showing up. Started a chat on Adobe's website for help and no response. Looking for immediate help/solutions. Thank you!

Are you are logged into your account with the Creative Cloud app and all other apps are working? Is so, uninstal the Lightroom app from the Creative Cloud app then reinstall it.
