Prompted to upgrade Lightroom subscription and lost all presets

hi, idk what happened but it asked me if i wanted to upgrade to a subscription and i lost all my presets!

Would you be able to let us know which version of Lightroom you are using, Desktop or Mobile.

Plus which device and operating system?

Hi there,

Sorry that your Lightroom presets are missing from the Lightroom app. 

Which version of Lightroom are you using and on which device? (Desktop or Mobile)

Please note that free user accounts do not sync anything to cloud storage and rely on local storage only. Also, if youve reinstalled the app, or install and sign in on another device, your photos and presets will not exist because they were not synced to cloud storage.
