I subscribed to the iPad version of Lightroom but I can't get the photos and presets to sync between my iPad and my phone. I would like to be able to have my mobile devices sync photos and presets. besides, there should be a return button to all my library and I can't back to it now. version 6.4.1.

I see that you have subscribed to Lightroom using an iTunes account based in mainland China (PRC).  Currently, subscriptions to Lightroom iOS sold in that region provide no sync or other server based features.  You can still enjoy local premium Edit features with your current subscription.  Thank you!
