I stopped my free of charge trial in my iPhone app Lightroom, but yesterday it took the charge from my card for month subscription. I checked Apple ID, but there it showing that subscription is stopped, so it wouldn’t charge any money and in my account it showing that there are no current purchases. Who can I contact to solve this situation? How can we manage this situation? I’m totally disappointed and disagree with what happened without my permission. Thank you in advance for the help
Apple manages the transactions for the Lightroom iOS and Mac apps. If you canceled within the 7-day free trial period and were still charged, please contact Apple for a refund. We cannot issue a refund for Apple Appstore-managed subscription problems from our side.
