I just paid for a month of premium but it came up saying the payment did not work, but it took the money out of my account and says on my Google play that I am subscribed.
I also cannot restore purchases.

Hey, @Taylor36089276gpuw. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've reviewed the account you're signed in with to the community & found that you have a Lightroom mobile subscription from the Android store.
The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. You can contact their support channels if you've been charged already.
