Quase todas as minhas fotos sumiram.

Percebi que todas as minhas fotos (exceto uma) sumiram do aplicativo. Tiro todas as fotos por lá é não tive tempo de fazer upload de todas. Acabei perdendo todas as minhas fotos. Estou muito chateada, espero que o problema seja solucionado

  • Lightroom version you’re using?

  • Your Android version and device model.

  • Were you signed in with your Adobe ID when the photos were taken?

  • Were the photos fully synced to the cloud, or were some still showing as not uploaded?

  • When you sign in at https://adobe.ly/4pmxfwl in a browser, do you see any of the missing photos there?

  • Did anything change recently (app update, sign-out, reinstall, device change, or storage cleanup)?

 

If possible, a screenshot of what you’re currently seeing in the app would also be helpful. Once we have this information, we can guide you through the next steps and check possible recovery options.
