"Buy now" prompt not letting me use Lightroom.

After I open up the Lightroom app on my mac, the "buy now" prompt comes up, altough I'm subscribed through my college using Adobe for enterprise, the lightroom app doesnt let me do anything because it says i still need to buy.  Even when I click "buy now" ,  it says Lightroom is ready to use.  I've signed out and back in through creative cloud and the lightroom app. And when I check the web version of lightroom it actually says i need to buy something.  So I signed out and in of that, and still nothing.
