I have encountered following problem:
I wanted to subscribe to Lightroom on my mobile phone when I got the error saying that I am already subscribed with another Adobe ID. Weird, since I don't remember subbing to anything - I tried to check it. Using my Play Store payment and sub info I got information that I have Lightroom Subscription on my old account (which I did not use for YEARS). I have logged in onto that account, checked for subscription status and saw that subscription was actually made from ANOTHER account, one I did not use for more than 10 years! Obviously I don't remember password for that account/ID so I did password reset option. Sadly for that specific account codes arrive after one hour or so when session is long gone. I am not able to log in to that account nor contact support directly since I need an account with active subscription and I cannot subscribe with my current account since that previous one is locking me out!
Funny thing is, I have checked my payment history. Nothing from Adobe. I don't even know why that subscription is there...
I spent so much time looking for answer or any help and it seems that forums are only way to post my problem. If you know how I can contact support please let me know!
