Re-importing from iPhone creates unwanted images

When I uplink items from my Iphone, I usually leave them there since I want to show them to friends.

In Lightroom, I work on them, modify them, delete the ones I don't like, but these changes (or those I make on the IPhone) do not sync with each other.

The next time I sync, all images I have deleted get re-instated.

Let me know if I'm wrong, or how I could get around it. Perhaps sync should exist between iPhone and Lightroom to prevent this.

Thank you

Leon

Lightroom sync already exists. You need to be logged into the same account on each device, and you need to have a subscription. The free version does not sync.
