If I deleted photos from recently deleted in lightroom, it will be deleted from my iPhone album also? Or only it will be deleted from the Lightroom app?

If you delete photos in Lightroom on one device then this deletion will sync across the Lightroom Ecosystem Apps on all platforms (Desktop, Mobile and Web).

It will not however delete from the iOS Photos App (if that's where the image originally was imported from) as the apps are independent from each other.
