1- lightroom presets not working
2-cloud storage is full but I cannot find and delete files

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. As it indicates, images that haven’t synced to the cloud won’t show recommended presets. Additionally, could you please log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3YTSuvn) and try deleting any files within the "Deleted" folder? Clearing this folder will help to resolve any pending sync issues.
Once you’ve done this, try accessing your images again to check if they sync properly and display recommended presets.

there is no files in deleted folder and i tried pause and resume synced the cloud
