Recover my Lightroom edited photos and presets

Hello,

I contact you because I've recently broken my phone, and so lost all the data. It's impossible to recover them after having seen a repair shop.

On this phone, I had a lot of pictures in my Lightroom library, and I wanted to know how could I find them with my new phone. I've just added the app on it and signed in on the same account, but there is nothing, it is like a new account.. I've lost my saved presets and my pics...

These photos are really important for me, and I would be so grateful if someone could find the solution to it!

This is mainly a User to User forum with occasional visits from Adobe Staff.

Did you have the Photography Plan, the Mobile Plan or the Free App?

Also, did you have a back up of your phone?

I had the Free App

And no my phone and the memory card are not fixable..
