Hello @SanAcosta

Regarding the blurry thumbs, that problem will be fixed with our next app update.

I see you have an active Lightroom Mobile Premium plan.  Thank you for being a subscriber!

I see you did recently sign into more than one Lightroom account.  Please sign into your usual subscribed account, and you will see all images and presets you previously synced to the cloud.

If you are saying you had new images and presets in Lightroom Mobile that were not yet synced to the cloud, the only options are to:
* re-import the images, and re-import or recreate the presets.  Or,

* restore a device backup from a time where Lightroom had the images and presets in the app cache, waiting to sync to Lightroom cloud storage.

The Lightroom app cache exists only on the device, and when the app is deleted the cache is also removed.  There is nothing we can do from our side to restore this for you.

I hope one of the two options above helps you!
