Remove a static item from a video in Lightroom

How can I remove a static item from a video using Light room? I should have premium features but the eraser tool is greyed out. Any ideas? I thought it would be simple... I am using an android device.

That kind of edit is not supported for video in Lightroom. You would have to use a dedicated video editor.
