Hello, I have an active premium yearly subscription for Lightroom app, on an android phone (next payment date in Mar 2025, as shown in the google play store). Nevertheless, part of process of buying a new handset and transfering my apps to the new phone, i am unable to "restore my purchase".
I get the next error message on my new phone: "the purchase found could not be restored, because i has been already been claimed".
As suggested, i am logged in with the same account in both the lightroom and the google play store.
The old handset went through a 'factory reset', all data has been erased.
Thank you in advance for any advice.

Hey, @Radu_Dumitru7163. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I reviewed your account for the community and found no active subscription or transaction for Lightroom.
Try signing out & sign in again using the email account & password instead of the social sign-on(Google/Facebook) options.
Please send a direct message to me from my profile If you've used any other email account to sign up for Lightroom.
