Hello, I have purchased a lightroom premium through the appstore in IOS. For some reason my subscription gets deactivated in the app reandomly and I have to click restore purchases.
But today that doesn't work. It gives an error saying I don't have an active subscription. When I click to buy a subscription it says that I already have an active subscription.
Can you help me resolve this issue?

I see no purchase history at all for your account here. Sometimes users have more than one Lightroom account (based on different email addresses), and accidentally sign into the Lightroom account that is not subscribed... But I see no details indicating this either. I'm a product team employee at Adobe who volunteers advice on the forums, I'm not a member of Support.
