Review can’t figure out how to creat a folder to post online

I just got mobile and I want to be able to post photos on line for others to see. On the iPad I see nothing that allows this upload or a way to send a link to others

On the iPad, create an album and add the images you want to share to it. Then tap on the three dots behind the album name, and choose 'Share & invite'.
