Hi, I'm using "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4.1", and I received a list of favorite pictures of a client.

When I try to filter the of images via the search filter (FY7A8839.jpg, FY7A8840.jpg, FY7A8841.jpg, ... e.g.), the search appears to crash. But only when filtering more than two images. One or two images are filtered/searched perfectly.

In the previous version of Lightroom, I was able to filter about 50 pictures following this tutorial from pixiset

Did I miss anything?

Sincerly,
Jenny

That tutorial was referring to Lr Classic. The cloud-based Lightroom version 4.1 does not have the same search functionality yet. Yes you can search for one or two specific filenames, but I haven't figured out if it's possible to search for more in one go.
