I just installed my lightroom app on my macbook air. and I keep having issues opening the app with error sign saying- server error 13.
I tried to de install and reinstall but that did not help..
Does anyone know solutions?

It will help us to answer your question if you could provide the exact version number you have installed and details of your operating system e.g.
• Windows 10 v1809, v1903; MacOS Mojave (10.14) Catalina (10.15)
• Lightroom v3.2; Lightroom Classic v9.2, Lightroom Mobile iOS v5.2, Lightroom Mobile Android v5.2
You can find this from your application menu:

I have Mac OS Catalina 10.15.
And I think I have Adobe Lightroom 3.2 (Macintosh), version 12.2x385 (?)

Can you launch creative cloud desktop and use the open button – see image below. Otherwise click your avatar (top-right) and choose sign-out. Restart your computer and sign-in again to creative cloud. Let us know if that makes a difference.

Do you have your own subscription or are you using college software? If the latter you may need to speak to your college administrator.
Im having the same error. Im trying to use my student account on my own mac. Is the administraitor able to change it and allow to use the software in my own computer?.
