After 24 hours of using Lightroom, I was kicked out of my account. I'm seeing the screen to subscribe for a free trial. I have tried restoring my purchase, it comes up with this error message. When I try to get another free trial, it tells me I already have a subscription but still won't let me in. It even pops up my subscription settings and shows it on there. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, I have restarted the Mac multiple times, I don't know what else to do.

What is your Lightroom Version Number?  (MENU: Help > System Info...)

What was your "purchase"?

Whom did you "purchase" from?

Is that your subscription (from Adobe)?

Where do the subscription settings "pop up"? 

Are you 'Signed In' with the Adobe Creative Cloud DESKTOP APP' ?
