Hola, estoy tratando de comunicarme con asistencia tecnica de lightroom o adove, pague mi subcripcion, el pago esta registrado etc; pero sigo sin tener acceso a servicios premium, que puedo hacer para recibir

asistencia tecnica.

If that fails, please tell us the error message displayed.  

 

Also, please tell us other important information:

  • Is this Lightroom Android or iOS?
  • If you sign out and sign back in, does the app mention that you have another account subscribed already?
  • If you try to subscribe again, is an error message displayed?  What is the error message?
