Size of the App Lightroom

If I load about 30 Pictures into lightroom the Need More space at my iPhone  ... Ok ... normal, but if I delete the Pictures in the App and also the Pictures in the folder "Deleted"  ... the App needs always the same several hundred MB Space in my iPhone 7 like with Pictures inside? Is this a bug ?

In LR app Settings > Local Storage, do you see any option to clear the app cache?
