Slow migration from Classic to CC or Classic to Cloud

I've tried both syncing from Classic to CC and Cloud but they both just seem to hang.  I have the pictures on a remote FS, but I'm not seeing much network traffic.  I _am_ seeing hundreds of MB/s of local IO which seems very odd.

Any suggestions on how to get these moved to cloud?

We're really sorry to hear about slow migration issue with Lightroom CC, could you please let us know which exact version of Lightroom CC you're working on and which operating system are you using?
