Slow, stalling and sync using too much CPU when paused

Ever since I’m using the LR CC, I have been experiencing very slow, painful editing of my pictures where as in the previous version none of this happened!

The syncing is using a lot of CPU even if it is paused!

On the other hand, my account is telling me my 20Go is full but no way I can see how I can free some space and how to choose what I keep!
