Some 9x9 pano preview not showing on Lightroom for iPad

This has only happened recently

I regualry import my DJI drone photos into Lightroom on M1 Mac, and stitch my photos on Mac as this feature isnt availble on iPad.

I've not had sync issues previous, however recently the last few albums some of my 9x9 panos the smart preview/thumbail is not displaying. It just shows a grey box with a cloud and exclamation mark.

Previous photos are unaffected.

This is intermitent as some 9x9 show the preview and others dont. 7x7 panos have not been affected.

If I star the photo on Mac it will show up on iPad but no preview. If I click onto the photo nothing is displayed.

I've tried the following with no success:

- deleting the photo and re-sttich 

- delete iPad app and re-download

Hi,

what happens if you try to open this image in Loupe and tap on the cloud icon?
If you look into https://lightroom.adobe.com does it look the same there?
Which Lr version are you using btw?

Hi Ignacio,

Yes the same problem via broswer (see screen shot)

I click the image and waited to see if it loads and after a while the image does load to edit, it just does not show the smart preview. I checked the file size and compared to others previosuly. Its around 500mb but so are the others, so this should not be the issue.

iPad LR version 7.4.2

M1 MBP version 5.4

It's odd because its only for a select few and only recently happeend in last couple of days.
