Some photos invalid

Working with LR (not CC), relatively new user. I have this "Some photos invalid" error, tried all the suggested fixes (Alt+Cloud, then either flag, or delete and restore), did not work. I tried also to import the photos again from scratch, LR tells me then that they already have been imported.

Any hint what to do?

How many images are in this state?

Are they all the same file type?

How were they imported?

Hi Rikk,

I am having the same issue now, i can't get any images into lightroom. Comes up with almost al of them as invalid files????
