Some students receiving Your Trial Has ended message

Hello all,

At our university we have Adobe CC 2021 installed in our computer classrooms and computer labs. These labs are used by students and faculty for teaching classes and doing assignments. Students use our Shared Licenses to login and use the Adobe software. Last week we had a student report that, up until the previious day, he was able to use the full version of Lightroom in the Creative Cloud bundle. Now when he launches Lightroom and logs into his Adoe account he receives the message Your Trial Period has Ended...Buy Now.  He has no problem using the other Adobe applications. Other students have no problems running Lightroom on the same computers in the lab.

I've checked his Adobe account in the console and it is set up properly. I compaired his account with another student's account that is able to use Lightroom and they are set up identically.

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem.

Any advice would be greatly appriciated.
