Sony a7 iV *.ARW import in Lightroom App, still not supported?

Try to import *.ARW from my Sony a7iV on my Journey through Norway on the Android Tablet Lightroom App (v8.2.3).

-> Doesnot work:  'not supportet Format.'

Same *.ARW Import on my Android Phone Lightroom App (v9.2.2) works.

Alll the *.DNG Files from my Drone works on LR Mobile Tablet and Phone.

Is *.ARW (uncompressed) still not supported on the LR Mobile for Android Tablet (v8.2.3)?

Best regards Andi

Yes, you may want to think about a new tablet if you want to use the latest features of Lightroom Mobile. I assume that your version also does not support AI Sky masks, for example.

Is 8.2.3 the latest Lightroom version for Android tablets? Version 8.2.3 is an older version, that may indeed not support this camera. As you noticed on your phone, the latest version (9.2.2) does support it.

Thanks @JohanElzenga @@That means if LR Mobile does not update on the Google Play Store, i need a new Tablet?

My Tablet stops to update Android Version 8.1.0. Because its from 2016.

By the way. I found a way to import the ARW on my Tablet, if anybody is in same Trouble:  Install a ARW -> DNG Converter (RAW2DNG) and convert all the ARW to Adobe DNG . Then a older LR Mobile import the DNG Automatically if enabled in LR App.
