I have used LR classic for a few moths now. It stores the LRcat folder automatically in my Onedrive but I want to change that. I only have 5GB in Onedrive and it is constantly saying it is full and I need to add more storage. How do I change the folder where LR stores the Lightroom Catalog.lrcat. ?

You can store your catalog wherever you want, but the default location is inside the user Pictures folder....but if you have your user libraries assigned to OneDrive, then obviously the catalog would be inside OneDrive if you haven't changed it. To move your catalog somewhere else, see here: https://www.lightroomqueen.com/move-rename-catalog/
