"Cloud Storage" comprises of up to 3 different elements:
1. Photos which are added in any of the Lightroom apps and synced to the cloud.
2. Files (not just photos) which are added to the Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer. These also sync to the cloud, in the Dropbox style, so that they can be accessed via any other computer logged into the same Creative Cloud account.
3. Cloud Documents, created in Photoshop and other Adobe Creative apps, synced to the cloud for access in othger apps/computers.
It's the sum of those elements which make up your cloud storage usage.

Hello @darren305722317w8d
In addition to what Jim shared, I can see that you've consumed all 20 GB of your Photography plan storage. I'm not sure what client you are using, but if it's Lightroom Classic, that may not indicate all the files you've actually got uploaded since Classic syncs only specified collections. I recommend signing into your same account via web browser at lightroom.adobe.com, or Lightroom Mobile, to see what you really have uploaded. If you need supplemental cloud storage, it's possible to purchase a 1 TB storage extension at adobe.com. If you need additional help with that, please contact Adobe Support directly: Visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, sign in, and then select the chat option for fastest access to Support.
