Storage full - unable to delete

New Here ,

Soooo LR Mobile is being ridiculous

- my cloud storage is full

- no way to access cloud storage

- can't delete photos from LR Mobile. I can remove from album but it won't delete

- can't sort photos properly (not showing edited photos unless uploaded into the cloud)

- can't permanently delete photos (it does nothing)

Seems like Adobe is trying to strong-arm you into buying more storage by making it literally impossible to actually DELETE AND CLEAR YOUR STORAGE.

Any solutions?

Have you tried at http://lightroom.adobe.com/?

Also are you trying to delete individual photos or the whole Cloud Library?

Did I get it right that when you select a photo and trigger "Remove" with the two options showing up, to "Remove from Album" or "Delete" that once you have processed the delete option this photo is  listed under "Deleted"-files (trash can)?... and when you select the photo as part of the Deleted-files  and tab Delete the the permernent deletion is processed?...btw otherwise the photos from the trash will be permanently deleted after 60 days by Lr ...- hope this helps, Guido /Lr QE
