Why is LR still using well over 1GB of storage on my iPhone when I've deleted all photos permanently?

You probably have two options....

Try going to Setting winthin the app, then Local Storage and Cleasr Cache.

Failong that, you may have to delete and reinstall the app, although make sure you have a copy of your photos elsewhere or they have synced to the Cloud if you have a subscription

To get to settings within the go to the three doe icon, then App Settings, (then Local Storage to Clear Cache)
