Please anyone, how to clear up the storage in Lightroom 9.1.0 on iOS ?

There're files that I have no idea what are those, for 8Gb 🥴 I deleted all pictures and half of the presets - still over too much of space has taken - how to free that out?!

thanks

After deleting pictures, they can still be found in the "Delete" album, which is similar to the trash bin on a desktop computer.

In the "Deleted" album, tap on the 3-dots menu at the top right.  Select "Permanently delete all" to fully remove deleted items from the app.  For me, this successfully worked just now.

Does this help?

NOTE: Your app version seems a little old.  I am using the latest app release, v9.5.1 which is now available on the iOS App Store.
