I am having the an issue with my subscription when I am trying to use my premium features in the app it keeps trying to have me subscribe to premium but I already actively have a premium account and on my apple subscriptions it is active but the app continues to not allow me to use any premium feature.

The email address you used has no purchase history.  Please try the troubleshooting steps at: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-mobile-in-app-purchase-issue.html 

...I hope that Restore Purchase works for you.  If not, and an error is displayed, please take note of the message for Adobe Support use.

 

My guess is you have also signed into Lightroom with an alternate email address.  If the troubleshooting above is no help, and signing into Lightroom still fails to show a subscribed account under other email addresses or social services you may have used (Google, Facebook, Apple) then please do contact Adobe Support.
