Subscription cancelled but I’m still subscribed

Hi,

i have Lightroom and cancelled the subscription a few weeks ago. Knowing it would expire on 10/11/20 I did this so i can purchase the photography plan which includes Lightroom aswell as photoshop. My purchase was via Apple. But when I tried to purchase the new plan via Adobe it won't let me as im still subscribed. So I've been in contact with both Adobe and Apple about this problem with no luck. Apple say my subscription has expired on 10/11/20 and Adobe say it's not. My question is does it take a few days or weeks for the process to complete? As I can see via Apple my subscription has definitely expired yet when i access Lightroom I am still subscribed because I can access all features. Both Adobe and Apple can't seem to help me and blaming each other. So I'm clueless on what to do next.
