Subscription for Lightroom from App Store do not recognised

Hi. I have purchased sever months ago Lightroom from App Store from my MacBook , but haven't used it for a while. Now, when I try to open the application it opens a window from Adobe, where I am supposed to buy new plan or get a free trial. It seems that my subscription is not recognised. When I try to restore, the following massage appears: "The subscription has already been purchased from Mac App store with a diffrent Adobe ID". I haven't change my Adobe ID....I have my monthly invoices from App Store, so it is verified that I purchase the subscription each month. The system is up to date , as is Lightroom. Anyone knows how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance!

Hi. I am having a similar problem. I have purchased the lightroom subscription via apple ID and when I would like to login on my second device I receive the same message: This subscription has already been purchased from Mac App store with a different Adobe ID. Did you already find a solution to this problem? I guess the problem lies with the connection between apple ID and adobe ID. PS: I do not want to hijack your post - but I am havin the same isse. Thanks
