Subscription payed but Lightroom says its expired

New Here ,

Renewed my subscription, after it failed due to payment issues. Lightroom, still saying that subscription needs to be renewed in the app but not in the pop-up, which says subscription is active. Very annoying because I cannot do anything for like 2 weeks now.

I had a similar exasperating experience with LR. My service was stopped,
but I was still getting charged. After hours of explanation to Adobe bots
and people the only solution was to cancel the current subscription at
$10mo and subscribe to a new at ~$12mo.
Adobe service needs improvement.

Hi @Luiza_Serban0771,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m really sorry to hear about the ongoing frustration.

I have read-only access to subscription and billing information, and from what I can see, there appears to be a billing failure on your account, which might be the cause of what you’re seeing in the app.

For the most accurate assistance, I strongly recommend posting your query in the Account, Payment & Plan  Community: https://adobe.ly/3TiHK5W

The support team there will be able to access your account details and help you resolve this properly.

Best,

Anshul Saini
