subscription problem

Lightroom for iPhone and Lightroom for iPad are two different apps.  What you showed in your screenshots (each app has it's own subscription) is only possible if you are signed into a different Lightroom account in each app.  

 

Please cancel the subscription in iOS / iTunes subscription settings for the Lightroom account that you don't need.  For example, if you don't need the account on your iPad to be subscribed, sign out of that account and cancel the subscription for Lightroom for iPad.  Then sign back into Lightroom using the same account that's signed in and subscribed on your phone.
