Hi all . I have a bad pay monthly for Lightroom mobile but I'm only getting the free features and nit what I'm paying for ? I've had it before but all of a sudden I can't edit to the extent I can on my subscription.
I see no Lightroom subscription for the Adobe account you used to post for help here. Since you have seen Lightroom Mobile Premium features work before, I think you may be signed into the wrong Adobe Lightroom account.
If that fails with an error saying something about "duplicate purchase," that means you already have a different Lightroom account that you need to sign back into. In this case, I would recommend signing out of Lightroom, and then try signing back in with other email IDs or social login (Facebook, Google, etc) to find the account that is subscribed.
