I can't cancel my trial subscription

Log into the main Adobe website, adobe.com, using the same Adobe ID, Email Address and Password you used to start the free trial. Click "Manage your account".

Once there click "Cancel your plan".

If that fails, contach Customer Care by the Chat icon in the lower-right of this page link-
