Suddenly impossible to download any photo from Lightroom mobile on android

Until a few months back, I was able to simply select any photo from any album in the app and share-download or share-export to get it on my device. Then, I started getting the same error on every attempt. See screenshot. I let go and assumed the bug would be fixed and the problem would go away by itself... not so... Pls help

Note

-this happens with every photo, not just a few

-clearing the cache does not help

-reinstalling the app does not help

-yes, the device has ample storage left and is up to date

-I presume storage permission is ok, as there is no toggle

Seems people have ben having this issue since at least 2018??

What version of Lightroom & the Android OS are you working on?

Does this happen with recently imported images, or do older photos not export as expected?

Please log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3MG3h5u) & ensure all the images are synced.

I cannot download any photo, new no old, neither individually nor as part of a series.

Phone is a Samsung Note 20, with 300Gb free space - running Android 13

Lightroom Mobile was reinstalled yesterday so should be 7.5 - reinstalling did not help

All images are synced - fyi: I work on an up to date version of Lightroom Classic on desktop v13.3
