Hi,
Would you mind confirming if you purchased the subscription through the Google play store or directly through Adobe.com?
If you purchased the subscription on Adobe.com, you can symply install the application on your iPhone and sign in using your email Address registered with Adobe to activate it. If you purchased the subscription through the Google play store, you would need to cancel the subscription and purchase it through Adobe.com or through the Apple app store.
Regards,
Nikunj

Hi Nikunj,
Thanks for replying.
Yes it was through the play store.
My subscription just renewed 2 days ago, would that mean I would pay a new fee and lose the other?
Just checked back on a Samsung phone and there's no option to even restore the purchases (S9plus) in the meantime.
Thank you.

Hi,
If you wish to get the subscription cancelled, we would request you to contact Google support as the billing for the subscriptions through the Google Play store and the Apple App store are managed by Google and Apple respectively.
If you are unable to access the premium features on the Android device, you can try the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-mobile-in-app-purchase-issue.html#Solution

Hello,
I have tried those steps. However on the android the option to restore purchase isn't there when I click on premium features. It just takes me to billing details to set up and pay etc.
quite daunting as I have a subscription running and I'm not able to use it this month at all.
