LATEST

"LR CC" doesn't exist. So if you mean the cloud-centric Lightroom desktop app then yes, any preset you create in LrM will sync to the cloud and thus will become available in Lightroom. However, if you mean Lightroom Classic then no, presets do not sync between cloud and Classic.
