Sync problem between Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Web and Desktop

HI, I've problems with the sync from Adobe Photoshop Lightroom WEB to DESKTOP.

We have a team-business account and share around 15 albums on Adobe Photoshop Lightroom desktop. It worked well but since a week it sais that "The shared album is currently unavailable." on desktop. But on the web the photos are available and are also free to edit. Can anyone help me with this problem? I tried to fix it with the adobe support team but nobody could help me. We already tried to send new invitations etc.
