Hi, my Lightroom CC app stopped being able to sync photo edits after I applied ratings to about 40 photos. Mousing over the cloud icon, I obtain this popup:
The "Syncing 49 items" never vanishes. Here are a list of things I have tried:
None of the above have worked.
I have deleted the iOS app in case it was causing some sync deadlock. I then proceeded to reinstall the iOS app and the loading is stuck as well (at "Loading library info from cloud"). It feels like I am making no forward progress on any front and it has been frustrating.
What else can I do to fix my issue? Thanks!

Hi @rohan_8977, welcome to the community!
When you get a chance, could you try logging into the web version of Lightroom and check if there’s a Sync Issues folder showing up? If you do see one, you can follow the steps in this guide to help resolve it:

Let me know how it goes!

Hi @Aleke, thanks for the reply. Lightroom web does not show any such folder:
Lightroom web seems incredibly slow for me, and most of the picture previews don't even load:
I opened Lightroom again to see if time has resolved the issue, but I'm still seeing the syncing being stuck (as in the screenshot above). I tried once again
On iOS, my photos seem to have loaded, but they haven't been updated with the changes from the desktop app that are yet to be synced. When I open a photo, I see a yellow exclamation mark over the cloud. Clicking it shows a message saying "Awaiting settings: This photo is missing settings from XXXX on 14 Oct 2025 at 7:48 PM. You can continue to edit, and once syncing is complete, a version will be available."
I tried opening Lightroom web on mobile, and it loads the previews fine, but I get a similar "Waiting for settings" message. Interestingly, rating changes I make on Lightroom iOS show up on Lightroom web on mobile (and vice versa), but the Lightroom on my desktop isn't syncing those incoming changes (probably since it is trying to sync outgoing changes).
What else can I do here? I'm wondering if there is a way to remove all local copies and force resync all the photos from the cloud, but I am open to trying other solutions, anything to help clear this sync issue.

Hi @Aleke, been trying out more things and I've realized that switching to my personal hotspot via my phone causes the sync to go through: looks like there's some connection issue between my computer and Adobe servers on my local network that's causing the issue. The lrcc_console.log file has lines similar to this:
WFRxHttpClientImp ERROR NativeImpl: ERROR: Timeout was reached [Operation too slow. Less than 1024 bytes/sec transferred the last 60 seconds] (GET https://lightroom.adobe.com/api/connectors?locale=en)
This possibly explains why Lightroom on web on my computer is taking so long as well -- there is some throttling going on that causes timeouts. It's not a case where there is no connection at all, but rather it seems that the connection is extremely slow for some reason. Do you have any insight as to why this might be the case and how this issue can be resolved? Interestingly, this wasn't a problem previously, and I hadn't changed my network or firewall settings recently.

If you have any antivirus software on the Windows machine, if yes, please configure the program to whitelist the endpoints listed here: https://adobe.ly/3WJK5Zo
Many domains listed in the above content use geography-specific aliases or IP addresses. Ensure that your firewall supports aliases.
Also, check if resetting the network and firewall helps. Thanks!
