Synchronization of photos between Lightroom web and Lightroom mobile

I've owned the Lightroom mobile app for two years with an annual subscription. And I have several photos in the application that are syncronized to the cloud (40Gb). But if I log into the Lightroom web experience, I can't see any photos. I don't have any subscriptions on my account either. It's a completely empty account. How is this possible when it is always the same account and I log in using the same email and password. Thanks for the replies 🙂

Hi there, I am facing the same problem. I even download the photos to an internal card, as advised by Adobe Help, but it did not work. Adobe help, send me Adobe Case, just ask for help right now, because the problem still remains. Photos do not show up in Lightroom mobile. And besides that, in the past months I have deleted all my images, my smart previews, everything from the cloud, right now I do not have 1.000 images in the catalag and the sync button says that I have 15,9 out of 21 GB of use. I am becoming very disapointed with this catalog issues from Adobe.

In looking at your account, most of your storage is being used by Creative Cloud files outside of Lightroom.  

Try browsing to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents to see what is taking up your storage.

Thanks for your assistance.
I will check as you are suggesting. But It is very hard to believe that I
deal in the past 5 years with a used small laptop, with a number between
80000-100000 and did not have all these issues. And Lr Mobile and LrC a few
months ago were working just fine, perfectly.

Now I have a better system with fast desktop (following Adobe Lrc Classic
system requirements), an excellent ProArt Asus 279cv monitor (which by the
way comes with 3 months Adobe package) and Logitech mouse MX Master
3S, *deleted between
80000-100000 from Lightroom Classic and Lr Mobile, create a new catalog
from 0, with less than a 1000 images ..*.I don't think the assets in
Photoshop can be blamed.

It is hard to believe, *since mainly my images were in Lrc Classic instead
of Photoshop.* But I will follow your recommendation and browse my
Photoshop assets to verify what is taking up my storage space.

Hello Martin,

Thanks for your help. I think we have some points to clarify, that also can
be the cause of the problem.
1 - *I still have and I am using the 20GB plan, which I have been paying
for.* I can´t remember exactly....but I guess* from 2016* until now. *And I
have deleted ALL,* everything that I had in CC Cloud. This is why does not
make sense all the issues that I have been facing:

- Lr Classic - was crashing, very heavy, very slow, been sometimes
static that I have to hit Crtl+ALt+Del to quit, somehow the GPU was weird,
seems to me that did not recognize de video Graphics 8 VEGA 3 2200, 4
graphic card, my Desktop computer is also also brand new, Windows 10, 16
MB, and the Monitor ASUS ProArt, 27¨, 279cv model, 4 K, logitech MS
Master 3s, *ALL to follow and adequate to LrC and all CC Cloud system
requirements and improve my knowledge in photography;*

- (Lr Mobile suddenly does not sync (shows the albuns but photos will
not appear);


2 - My photo coach (teacher) *is based in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil, which
uses an APPLE Ecosystem, and I left Belo Horizonte and I am using here in
another city (Uberaba, MG) Windows system;* So, my 20GB signature, *client
since 2016 as far as I know is correct with 2 computer access allowed; I
have updated all my settings in my account, changed my address. *The only
info which remains the same is my phone number *55 31 991400592. *But it
does not make sense if the sync button in* LrC shows that I have 15,9 out
of 21GB in use. *And also, my photo coach does not use to save his work on
cloud (he has plenty of external hard drive space and so do I, in fact this
is why I deleted all my old catalogs and images and started a new one);

3 - Another point that maybe has cause this confusion: I moved to a new
town, and decided upgrade all my system(Windows 10, Desktop, Graphic and
Video Cards, Monitor and Mouse) mainly to improve my photo learning, *I
just bought a brand new Asus monitor which comes with an 3 months Adobe
Package, that will expires in 2023/08/31. And I did not yet register this
package, because I already have my signature since 2016.*

I hope that you understand and verify the information. I hope no one has
cloned my Adobe Signature. In the past my credit card was cloned, so I have
also upgraded this info in my settings (new address and personal info).

Thank you for your assistance, and I hope this information will be enough
to restore my 20GB signature. Maybe this is what is causing all this LrC
and Lr Mobile issues. My photo coach is right now in Belo Horizonte if you
need to confirm e-mail and his Apple System. Phone number 55 (31) 94449879.

Hi there, I am facing same issues. I do have a signature plan CC, have deleted all catalogs, all photos, smart previews, virtual copies (around 80000 images) from the Cloud, and started reinstall Lrc, create a new Catalog fresh from 0, but the sync button says that I have 15,9 out of 21 GB. And also,  Lightroom mobile does not show the images either. I even download the images to the internal card on mobile (as suggested by Adobe Help) but it does not work. Adobe Case still is open. As a client and as an Adobe fan, I think Adobe needs to improve a lot this catalog issues and syncing issues. No matter how much you learn about catalogs and strive to let the catalog in a "fine tune", these catalog issues is always coming back.
