Syncing to local folder does not download all items from Library

Hi,

I have a Lightroom CC with 1Tb cloud storage.

I wanted to have a fresh start and to redownload all my assets from the cloud library, on my local folder.

The synchronization completed, but when I look at the number of items, there are 90,000 in the cloud and only about 60,000 in the local folder.

Yet, the synchronization status stays "finished" and I don't know how to make Lightroom CC double check again that everything is in place.

How can I properly collect back all my pictures?

This happened on both Mac and Windows.

Did you use the  downloader?
